hi,

i did a survey to one of my non-IM niches....

i have like 6 different lists for that (for each product
where each list is specific for that niche)...

anyhow, i asked my list...
do you want emails from ONE list or MULTIPLE LISTS?

about 65% said they want 1 list...

what should i do???

the only reason i did MULTIPLE LISTS is because
i learned that from warrior forum...but need second opinions

thanks
BJ

Multiple lists are fine, just don't send duplicate messages to them.

If I am on more than one of your lists, and get duplicate emails from you, I am going to be annoyed. Even some big-time marketers do this (I still love you, though, Mike!), even though it is quite easy to fix.

So, segregating your lists is a great idea for targeting, but just be sure to exclude duplicate subscribers when sending a blast to everyone.

    alrighty...i will stick to that...
would love to satisfy them with 1 list...

but as a marketer i think you are right..it
is always better to do it multiple lists to be targetted...
    which i am doing...

    thanks

No one is going to want to be on multiple lists if you ask them that. It sounds like more fuss and more emails, even if it isn't.

I'd keep them separate if it's working for you. Use the feature that allows you to send to all your lists with no duplicates and it should work fine.
