Where/How to find affiliates to advertise small (offline) business?

Hi Warriors!

I'm in the thick of planning for my new business venture and with a small marketing budget would like to sign up affiliates as soon as the product is launched. I'd prefer to work with a partner than rely on people to sign up directly via my site but can't seem to find reliable companies that support small businesses i.e. that don't require you to already be making $1M in online sales already. Does anyone have any idea where I could start?

To clarify I will have a fashion retail business and want to find affiliates to help me sell my product. I would like to sign up affiliates as soon as possible after my launch so wont have recorded many if any sales at this time.

Any advice and suggestions welcomed!!

    Just go looking for bloggers in your niche and contact them directly. If they are using Google AdWords, you can offer them a bigger cut via a percentage of the sale. It may take awhile this way, but it does work.
