Discovered a PR4 domain

Today for the first time, I ran my domain portfolio through a page rank checker to see if any of my parked domains had PR and would make a good project. Low and behold one a few had PR that I didn't know about and one was PR4. Currently it is just parked and not really making much and it is in a subject I know quite a lot about. And I have a matching niche business directory with what I consider is a better EMD name but it is PR3 but it is growing nicely.. Is there a way to pass the higher PR on to the PR3 site? If I was to create another site of some sort on the PR4 that is 'sponsored' by the PR3 would that pass along pagerank??

    I think the best is you keep with the pr3 and forget trying to relate the pr4 to pr3

    And do you have visitors to the parked pr4? if so and not making money maybe you could be in a bad parking company

      Pretty sure all parking companies are bad....Not worth my time to find a better one..

    generally parking a domain you will not make much money at all from your traffic. And parked pages are not good for seo so again you will loose traffic here.

    Generally SEO can do this. So start doing SEO for your site. your target should be PR 4+ links. But Don't think that lower PR than your site can't help. they will also deliver you some juice. so start doing SEO.

    Put content and sell backlinks.. Better than parking.

    If I put the PR4 on a different IP, build original decent content and then give the PR3 a link , will that then increase the PR for the PR3? They would have similar subject matter in the same niche but no duplicate content?
