my question is, How often should I mail to my list??? I hear so many differant way's. Thank you, Z.F

There is really no theory about this. Most of the experts say, email once a week. Some say twice in a week. I would suggest you conduct a survey with your list asking how often do they want to receive newsletter.

You need to have a balance here. Some people mail once a week. Well, sometimes it might make the recipient forget about you since you only mail once a week. Some people mail twice a DAY. This happens to many people, and it will really get on the recipient's nerve. So in short, you should probably be in the middle. Maybe once every two or three days should be fine.
