I have everything in place to make it big! Just need to work out the kinks

Hello Warriors,

I am new to the forum and relatively new to internet marketing. I have an amazing opportunity in the private mortgage niche to make a lot of money and fire my boss.

So basically I am generating leads for a private mortgage firm that does second and third mortgages based on home equity. My goal is to get prospects to fill out a basic form so the lenders can contact them.

So far I am using FB ads that go to a basic video squeeze page that has the lead capture form. After they fill out the form they are taken to my main website.

I have infusionsoft and am looking for ideas to increase conversions (by tweaking my landing page etc.) and ideas for other traffic sources. I just started the campaign yesterday and spent $300 to generate 4 leads.

A by product of this is that I am also building a list that I don't know what to do with. Ideas?

Here is the URL for the landing page: welcome.canada-mortgage-centre.ca

URL for main web page: Canada-Mortgage-Centre.ca

Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Thanks CroBrad

    Hey, CroBrad.

I bet a photo background with smiling, happy home owners would lend some warmth to your squeeze page.

And additional content with mortgage tips and so forth would go a long way to establishing their authority and expertise to a greater degree all linking to your squeeze page from your main site too. Hope this helps eh!

    Take care,

    Hi CroBrad,

I checked you site, http://canada-mortgage-centre.ca and I think it's a good start. Personally, I don't find your color scheme appealing.

I also noticed that you have no footer items. Legal pages like, Privacy Policy and Terms of Conditions are very important. Of course, you should add your websites' copyright.

If you can improve more your logo, that would be great. Branding is very important.

I realized that you are using a wp customize theme. In the event that you have plans of changing it, you may want to check themeforest themes.

    More power to your business.

    Cheers,

Great thanks for the advice guys I have been debating what route to take the squeeze page. I will work on making it a little "friendlier".

Thanks again and look forward to more advice,
