Contracts For Offline Consulting

This question is for those of you who are doing consulting for Offline Businesses:

What type of contract do you have, if any, in place for your off-line clients and if there is one in place, where did you get it from?

I'd like to start doing offline consulting but don't know what type of contract to get written up.

Any help regarding this would be greatly appreciated.

    I generally just request a payment of for several hours of my time as a retainer, and then if they are happy with my services, they can purchase more.

    It can really vary greatly, depending on what type of consulting and how much labor you are performing for each individual offline business client.
