Start with a $1 a day as your target, that way you won't get disheartened! When you earn $1 a day, aim for $2, then $4, then $8!

$10 seems a logical and achievable target... but my feeling is that it is for you to decide what your target should be... there is no motivation better than self motivation... if you know how to compete with yourself and push yourself beyond your limits, thats when you start climbing up the success ladder...

target small at the beginning and slowly push yourself towards bigger targets... do not ponder much on your failure, just keep going...

mark my words, successful people look at their mistakes, learn their lessons and move on

Yes I'd say $10 per day to start with is very achievable

Once you are comfortable with that then start to find ways to scale it up to $20 then $50 and then $100 and so on....and always be willing to reinvest your profits for faster growth

What types of work you have to done will make the question logical. $10 is a good amount to start but if your work is 24/7, that is an odd one. If you give a details of your job, then it will be easier to answer.

it depends on what type of business you have... it can be too small or too high...
for small business, for example, it is too low

I'm considering outsourcing the work. I have $300 to spend. What would you suggest?

$10 is a bit high if you are planning to earn as an affiliate or a blogger. But if you are offering your own services, it's reasonable.

I suggest that any profit should be your target. You really cannot discredit the motivation you gain from success, no matter how small.

When you have reached any level of success try to do it again, then try to master that small amount. When you can repeat this daily then you can try improve on it.

The main point is to chase that sustainable first success.

This! Possibly the best post for your question! targets are great when you are up and running, but don't run before you can walk! your target now should be to turn a profit, even if its 0.01 cents, its an earning, from there you rinse repeat and scale and then you can start targeting figures!

Many people here talk in terms of financial goals. It is fine to have financial goals as far as they go. But the thing to understand is that financial goals are OUTCOME goals and you also need to set PERFORMANCE goals.

PERFORMANCE goals give you something concrete you can focus on to produce the necessary effort in order to achieve the OUTCOME you want. So break down your financial goal into specific assignments and consolidate them as PERFORMANCE goals.

Focus on your PERFORMANCE goals and the OUTCOME you desire will naturally follow.

    And good luck.

    Will

I don't think any goal is too high...within reason of course.

You set your goal and set mini goals before that.

If you set a goal of $100 per day and you have a few mini goals leading up to that.

    Goal $100 WAHOOOOOOO

    Mini Goal $75

    Mini Goal $50

    Mini Goal $25

    Mini Goal $10

That has helped me get to where I want to be...wish you the best of luck...
