Default A great site without clue on how to promote it

Hi warriors, I need help, I created a site with a lot of expectation and I'm stuck on how to promote it, with no motivation at the moment, I'm going to show an outline of my situation.

What I have
unique site
already created
cool and unique branding name, easy to remember
possibly a site with great potential
easy to use
is like a forum, is not targeted or anything

Where I am at the moment
I am subscribed to two cpa networks
I don't live in USA, I know English but it is not perfect, it's my biggest block for promoting it
I'm broke right now
I'm worry about leaving a bad image promoting my site, showing that I don't know what to do, or asking for too much for help... so pm or write here and we'll change contact info...

What advice I would like
Do you think this site has potential?
Should I search for a jv partner?
Should I ask for funds to promote it?
Should I sell it?
Anything you suggest

What can I offer
A partnership,
A space for promotion in the future,
A share on future earnings
I'm open to new Ideas

Thanks.

Agreed, there are a lot of different ways to promote a website, however without much information on the market your trying to enter, the method you hope to profit, content, there are a lot of unanswered questions, of course there are a lot of people that will attempt to take your useful ideas, so we get it that your playing it close to your vest as the old saying goes.

If you like I will review your website and give you an honest assessment, you may not like what you hear but it will be honest, but not brutal.

You can PM me and we can discuss what your trying to do, sometimes you just need a little direction to get things moving, but more than that, passion is what drives accomplishment.

@Thomas
Well I think is a great idea because I like it, if the site grows up I would enjoy using it, but in the end is my belief and I might be wrong, so maybe I shouldn't have used the title great site.

@Tim
Many thanks for your offer, sadly I can't send you PM, I'll try to contact you in some other way.

Yes passion is what drives accomplishment, the trick is to not lose it.

The reality is that your personal opinion is not worth anything without support it with some facts.

imagine presenting it to bunch of investors.. they going to need facts to support your claim.

In the meantime, what you should do is the basics of every new site launch.

That is figuring out how to generate back links.

1. You can either use some sort of link baiting idea.
2. Purchase large amounts of traffic
3. or manually do link backs via Web 2.0 and article sites

@thomas
Yes, it is totally true, personal opinions has no value without evidence, and is my job to work for the evidence to become a reality, I didn't explained the site here because as I said before I didn't want to leave a bad image to the site showing how noob the creator is... I sent you an email to your website explaining what the site is all about, as you can see I need to learn how to present it better.

What is your target market - are you clear on this point? Are you using all the available social networking sites to your advantage? what is your plan to drive traffic to your site? These are all the considerations you need to have in mind.

What is your target market - are you clear on this point?
The site is not targeted, is a broad site like twitter.

Are you using all the available social networking sites to your advantage?
No, I have to learn the basics of social marketing.

what is your plan to drive traffic to your site?
I'm searching for a plan,

I just focused on the idea and not on the promotion, that's where I am right now.

@Tim
Thanks, I just sent you a message.

Just did.

@Trasher
Yes, that's also another problem because the most common method for bum marketing is by writing articles, and how can I write articles if it is not about an specific topic...
The site is like yahoo answers.
