didn't get paid 100% commissions

Hello there,

this week i joined an affiliate program which offered 100 percent commissions. I promoted the product to some subscribers offering a very valuable offer. now i know that people have bought as they have told me so, however, i've not received any payments or emails from paypal as a result.

I've already contacted the affiliate program manager about it but have had no response.

What do I do in this situation, one, to get paid the commissions i should receive?

    hmm... Did you double-check that your paypal address was 100% correct?

    It may be possible that the affiliate manager was unable to respond for some reason.

    If no response after a few days, try again to contact support, or the program owner.

    Recontact the person who said they did purchase it from your link and kindly ask them to forward their receipt to you.

    Some of these are set up a little differently in that:
    First sale goes to them
    Second to you
    Third to them
    Fourth to you

    Same goes for the OTO if they have one. However it may be structured in reverse.

    So while the subscriber may have purchased from your link, the TOS determines who gets paid for the sale.

    Sometimes this will happen. It happened to me once. But not as an affiliate. I'm the product owner who offer 50% commission.

    OK. My affiliate made 5 sales (I got the stats from my affiliate system). But he told that 7 subscribers emailed him to claim the bonuses that he offered. Another two sales were not credited through his link, not through other affiliates too.

    At the end, I gave him commission of 7 sales. Not 5 sales

      Colleen, send the emails that purchased to the vendor. If they are smart, they will credit you the sales only to keep you promoting it.

      Shouldn't be mine.

      I know my affiliates are getting paid otherwise my paypal account would be a lot larger.
