A question about pingomatic.com

Hi,

Just one quick question,
What should I add at "RSS Url" form at pingomatic?

I do a search on the internet but I can't find one.

I might be misunderstanding this but most blogs or web 2.0 properties have a chicklet rss button that you can click on and it will display the xml version of the post.

Enter that page url into the rss url
