Noob With A Website and Questions

Warriors,
Come out and play, LOL just kidding around. Anyway hello to every and I would like to introduce myself. I am B2B and I am here looking for information. I just launched my website to sell my DIY ebook. I would like to know what can I do to get my website off on a good start and ebook marketing advice. So far I have:

made videos and uploaded to youtube, metacafe,vimeo,streetfire.net
5 articles
making backlinks every day no paid links
posted pictures of project on image sharing sites
made a ebay listing to help drive traffic

I hope to be indexed soon to get in front of my monthly target market (according to google keyword research tool) without having to pay for it. Once I become known by my niche market hopefully word of mouth picks up and adds more backlinks. I have set a short term goal of selling 10 ebooks a day. So far I have sold 1 ebook. Perhaps later going to Lulu so my ebook will be available on mobile platforms as well.

Please have a look at my site and tell me what you guys think. I put this site together based on my studying of coyright. So any comments neg or pos will be appreciated. I plan to add two more ebook editions later if I can sell this first volume on a regular basis.

Thanks B2B

    Hey B2B,

You are off to a good start, two things immediately spring to mind.

Get some good, interesting content on your site, the more the merrier.

Get yourself an Autoresponder account, and add an opt-in form to you pages so you can capture emails. Offer a freebie for sig-ups perhaps a chapter or two of your book or some other related nuggets.
    Hope it helps :-)

      Tim3,
Thanks for the advice. Yes a auto email capture is on my list of things to do. Just got it up and running. Busy building backlinks other things. Perhaps a free report on how to avoid electric supercharger scams.

Get rid of the "welcome" text at the top and choose 1 headline to make your main headline and make it larger. Make the rest into sub-headlines. Get a better "buy now" button, such as a Belcher button, and center all the text on the site as well as the images. Also make the images a bit larger. Those tips should make the site look much more appealing and increase conversions.

If your serious about selling 10 ebooks a day I would look for a copywriter and a graphic designer for your site. Test your site with paid per click traffic to get your sales conversion rates. List your product on Clickbank and start getting some affiliates by letting them know your sales conversion numbers and enticing them with a high commission percentage.
