How to add exit popup to clickbank product?

I have a squeezepage and free report for people who don't wish to purchase my product. I would like to add this to my product salespage. How can I create an "exit popup" thing so that when visitors try to leave, they are led to my squeezepage? The website is in html and not based on any CMS.

Oh and one more thing - Does Clickbank allow this?

    A quick google will find you some of them you can buy as well. You should still be able to put exit pops, I still see them around but not 100% sure.
