I lost my money from Entropay.Help me??

I have an entropay account.I use it for my online purchases.Today I loaded $45 from my bank a/c to entropay Virtual Credit card.My entropay card has $40 balance.But after 5 minutes when i checked my entropay balance shows my card has zero balance.I didn't know what happened.I checked my bank balance and my bank statement shows that $45 is withdrawn from my bank account.I contacted the entropay helpdesk.They say that loading funds to entropay Virtual Credit card is failed.Then where is the money?Help me. any warriors have such experience from entropay???

    If it fails, wait for 3 to 5 days, it will be returned to your bank account.

    Normally if the transaction is failed, it may take some time, for the bank to show up the credit again in your bank account, which ranges from 5 to 7 to 10 days.

    I am using entropay from last 3 years, and till date not find any single issue for which I can say that they are not good. They have most friendly supported staff & great system.

    Raise a support ticket, They will help you...They are not scam i am using their service for many years.

      People on a forum cannot solve your banking problems. Ask your bank how long before the funds are returned to your account. It may take a day or two.

    EntroPay is a legit website, I have personally never had any problems with them. You should contact them or wait some days and your problem will be resolved for sure.
