Facebook App Partners?

Hello Warriors!

I have been lurking on this site for a good while now and have decided to step from the shadows and join this team.

I have read a ton of fascinating information and spent the last couple months reading a ton of books. Somewhere inbetween I managed to join a couple CPA networks just tossing around the lingo and come up with some fascinating ideas to get this net money.

One of these ideas happens to be a facebook app that I feel is huge. The problem is that I feel as though if I launch it incorrectly and am unable to keep up, that someone can come along and make a better one. I'm now tossing around the idea of forming an intimate group of like minded individuals who hopefully know more than I do about the actual app development and exploitation aspect.

It should be mentioned that I do have about an $800 budget to get the app created and am willing to negotiate all kinds of things. I guess in a sense I'm looking for some sort of coach/ partner as I am always coming up with great ideas and I feel this is the year to start implementing them.

I suppose I am new in the sense that I have all sorts of campaigns ready to go and haven't pushed "go" yet, but by no means am just someone who thinks it'll just happen and the money will flow. I do understand that these things need work and time and i'm willing to do both..

is this the right section for this post? Anybody out there with some wisdom?
