Am I Alone With This Frustration?

Does this happen to you too? Your trying to get this home-business
off the ground, and you have a very limited budget.
Sound familiar? Your bills are coming out of your ears. The pressure
is on. The program is not exactly taking off, so what do you do.

You start to get distracted by all the offers bombarding you and you
are very tempted to get sucked in.

Everybody says stick to your game-plan and don't vary from it, but

HOW DO YOU IT???? .... How do you stay in one direction, and not
be pulled in 10 directions at once?

any help!

It is very easy the first thing must be you must be focused in one particular game plan in order for you to succeed. And you must be willing to put more effort in your first focused game plan so that you will never loose some money on it. There are sites that don't ask fees in signing up so you must choose the one that gives you more opportunity to earn money without investing money from it.

Before I had any success online I struggled with that problem a lot. In the end, it just comes down to convincing yourself to stick with something, no matter what.

Focus on the reward you'll get for sticking with it. It helps.

Remind yourself that for those who stick to a single, solid plan, success comes.

Yeah I know and understand, but when doing business you shouldn't allow your emotions to affect you negatively.

      Good advice, and the way to not let your negative emotions affect you is two-fold;

      1. Don't go willingly into negative situations when they are avoidable. For example, even useless political arguments on unrelated forums can leave you with a negative feeling that you would drag into your work later on... avoid what you can.

      2. If you do become negative, the fastest way to recover is to STOP and observe it as dispassionately as possible. That is *not* the same as condoning bad behavior. If someone is attacking you, or behaving horribly, your stopping them, or telling them so, matter-of-factly, is an act of kindness, actually... but you don't have to get sucked into a dramatic, knee-jerk response.

But once you let a negative emotion in and run with it, you will often have to wait it out until it's had it's fill of your best energy. Then, instead of getting negative about being negative, you just pick up and continue on from where you are.

      Best wishes,
      Eric

    Hi, Sundown,

You can only get sucked in if you divert the cash that these things always require from your more immediate claims.

Work on what you have got started and feed the baby, feed yourself and feed the dog. I just do not understand anybody who can complain about bills up the arass and, in the same breath be talking about joining another biz opp.

This isn't about focusing on anything - it is about sheer common sense.

You might not like what I say - but I believe it.
Build it, make money, then build some more
Some old school smarts would help - and here's to Rob Toth for his help. Bloody good stuff, even the freebies!

You remind me of myself a long time ago. You said "
Everybody says stick to your game-plan and don't vary from it, but

HOW DO YOU IT???? .... How do you stay in one direction, and not
be pulled in 10 directions at once?"

Simple, choose the best method that earns you money and focus on that one. Learn more and implement the new techniques that you've learned so you can make it better.

Just believe in your self and know that you have the right to have your own ideas and be creative, not always being dependent on all this so called gurus.

I had that problem, and I was being pulled in all different directions.

I find concentrating on one project/idea for a long amount of time certainly helps. You can focus much better on the task in hand, and your likely to do a much better job, which would lead to a good earning.

However if you are drawn between 10s of different things, you never really develop each idea/project to its full potential.

You want to stick to a plan and be focused? Write yourself a quick business plan. Then set goals to be reached EACH DAY.

Why do you write them or print them? BECAUSE SEEING IS BELIEVING.

Always give yourself time to relax and unwind. Once you have reached a goal, mark it as complete. THIS will give you a great feeling.

I have certain goals each day, I do not stop until I have reached them. It gives me a sense of completion on each day.

    Hi Sundown16:

    Good luck with the business!

Everyday have a list of tasks that you need to accomplish for the new venture. Figure out on a daily basis how many hours you need to achieve your short and long term goals without it seeming to be a job and not something that you like.

Keep documentation on what is going well and what isn't. Have information you use at your fingertips so you don't have to break the momentum and go looking for it.

Register for the free social marketing sites from My Space to Facebook and the same with the video URL's from You Tube to Revver. Register a blog.

All these things won't cost you anything but you offer good content and products people can use it will give you a start.

Hope you reach all your goals.

Stick to your plan, but incorporate an "expiry date" in the plan - in other words, if you haven't achieved a certain minumum goal by a particular date, drop that plan as unworkable and move on.

Many of us worry that we are on the wrong path with all the new releases of books courses, etc., but the fact of the matter is that many of these things contain knowledge you already have and are not as great as the advertising portrays.

Be strong and stay the course. I hope you succeed.

I feel you. I was once in the same situation. One of my biggest mistake was not making a real solid plan. I did have a plan when I jumped in the home business game but it just wasn't good enough. It was more of an idea than a real actionable plan.

The best thing you can do now is realize your mistake and move on from there. More importantly make a real actionable plan that is doable with the budget you currently have and just do it. If it fails then I think that's a valid reason to move on to the next plan or "ebook". But until you actually fail, then you should just stick and do the current plan.

Just be consistent and don't mind the frustration, like they said if you threw enough shit on the wall, some will stick.
