Landing Page HELP!

hey warriors

For my latest project i have decided agaisnt using wordpress and have dived into the world of html themes

I found a really nice one Marketing - Lista Landing Page | ThemeForest

however i have never edited a theme in html before , but want ot move away from the "cheesy " look of optimize press etc

was wondering if anyone could help ...

i figured i needed a html editor ... ive got nvu ad kompozer

    I don't get it. Why would you do that? It's like taking a step back. You do realize that when you have a site with html, you're gonna have to update each page individually, right?

    its only going to be a two page website anyway , first page is the capture page .. second is the free training material i will provide..

    if there are proffessional looking wordpress themes then be my guest , havent found any yet!
