Getting Random Martial Arts Bloggers as JVs?!

I have a bunch of people who are acquaintences online in my niche, and then get asstons (real word) of traffic each and every day.

Most don't have an email list, but I was thinking of having them do a guest post about me and sending people to a specific JV page where they could make money from the traffic they drove there. However, if they are doing this kind of "one-off" traffic send on one random day, is it going to justify them actually taking the time to do the stuff a "JV" needs to do (set up an account with a JV company / whatever).

Most of these guys are just martial artists with no tech savvy at all, but I'd really like to sell them on the idea of making real money by sending traffic my way.

There's SO much potential for this in my niche, I just need a proposition for them to take seriously to get onboard, and STAY onboard (continuing to drive traffic becasue they get ASSTONS of it)- does that make sense?

Hurrah internet marketing! Talk soon guys,
-Daniel
