Advise on Email Blast... Help Needed!

Hi Guys,

I'm preparing to do an email blast, and wanted some advise...


I have a collection of about 5,000 email address I collected over the last 3 years (they were collected from guys who took a quick on testosterone deficiency).

So, it's been a while since a lot of them have heard from me...

My question is, when I send this email blast, the main concern would be getting them to simply open it... So I need some advise on how to approach the headline...


Should I say something like:

"You've Been Suffering Too Long..."


or


"The Help You Need For Your Testosterone Deficiency"


Or, what way would you go with it? I can say, the email will open with something like:

"Hi {First Name}"...


So, they will instantly know it's not spam when they see whatever name they put in the name field on the survey form (hopefully they'll remember from years ago, but thats the best bet)..


Any advice on the headlines would be greatly appreciated.. And thanks will be given!

    Hmm, I'm not really an expert on this but you can try "What If You're Suffering From Testosterone Deficiency? Well, that could be very alarming.."

    Something like that, not exactly the phrase that you would want.

    Subject lines like: "YO!" and "?????????????" and also "Huge Announcement Inside" have worked well for me.
