The FBI today warned of Internet-borne malware masquerading as a message from the law enforcement agency that locks computers until the user pays a fine for allegedly downloading and/or distributing illegal content.

    I've always relied on the free version of Malwarebytes. It's an excellent piece of software.

    I just updated to the Pro version. I no longer have to worry about updating etc and have real-time protection 24/7. I like the fact it's a one time payment and not a yearly subscription.

    It's soon going to be difficult to stay ahead of the cyber-criminals, they are becoming more creative in their cyber-warfare.
