I hate google and blogger

So my blogs have been suspended and gmail account put on sms verification for the simple fact i made a quick blog and just posted my urls of the blogs i made so i would for future reference remember them..... anyway for that reason alone my whole account was put on unusual activity! blogs gone and even gmail gone!

So a google computer robot has basically thrown all the articles i spent trying to write these articles and making my blogs into the bin.

Why do they even need to have a sms verification? stupid....im not giving them that kind of information they have already made me not trust them....

also their forums is full of automated spam messages from the admins talk about hypercritical and my blog wasn't even automated or ripped from somewhere!

Is the only way i can get my account back is doing the sms verfication?

-what if i do not have a phone or mobile and homeless and use internet cafe's?
-what if i cannot afford credit?
-what if i don't want to?

Its time to start your own website.

    1. Go to Godaddy and pick a domain and buy it.
    2. Go to Hostgator and select the baby package.
    3. Set up your wordpress blog.
    4. Go to Aweber and get started for $1 a month.
    5. Start putting quality content on your own site that cannot be removed.

Why so much hate on google? You could have avoided it by using wordpress or something.

Word press is our way. Tired of big G pushing us. Like they are always making it harder for me. Yeah, we are tired of a million rules and regs. All designed to make us feel more pain. Oh, we hear you bro, but what can we do when the gang wear BLUE!

Yeah, I agree you should be using wordpress because Google has the power to do whatever they want since it's their blog.

Trust me I know that it might not be fair...but they suspend peoples accounts all the times.

Just try to host your own blogs with a wordpress!

There is reason to question how long Blogger will be around. Seems like something to fold into G+.

Yes do your own website. I had the problem with Squidoo removing a lens of mine the other day because according to them it was copyright. I kind of agree a little but that was only because i had a little information about each band on the lens, which was recorded as being copyright, however, it was the same generic information as anywhere else and would have been a little hard to not copy. The great thing about having your own site you call the shots and you dont waist time waisting time designing things which maybe removed.

You have only got yourself to blame dude, linking to your own sites is a no-no for Blogger, and if you just posted links with no content then that is sure to trip spam filters.

Blogger is a fine free platform and a lot less restrictive than other sites but you have to respect the rules, even if they are a bit vague.

But you have found out the hard way why free sites are not recommended, at a stroke you have lost whatever income your sites made, not to mention all the time it took to write the content and there is no absolute guarantee you will get them back again.

Hopefully you have back up copies of all your content on your hard drive, if not that is big mistake number 2.

Rather than lose all your work suggest you bite the bullet and verify your account with an SMS. FYI this is standard procedure from Google when opening an account, they will never spam your phone.

When building sites suggest you use a spreadsheet or html file to keep track of all your data, url's etc.

If and when you get your account back think hard about getting your own hosting as suggested by other Warriors.

The Google Customer Service Department, sorry Forum will not be much help, they often know less than some people on the WF.

BTW having your own hosting is not all sweetness and light, you can have your account suspended for various reasons too.

    Good luck with getting re-instated

I had a Facebook page that I owned removed once too. That was AFTER I spent advertising money and such on that page. It wasn't any different from thousands of other pages there, either. Apparently it was "reported"; probably by some of the people whose advertising posts on the page got removed.

It is MUCH better to use something that you own and control.

You are right, I totally agree with you, however, majority of people are using Google, Google Search Engine, Google Adsense so I would say that Google has wide area and lots of people are earning money from them as well.

The thing is you need to follow their guidelines, if you fail to follow then there would be ascertainment.

I would say that you should have multiple source of income, visitors or selling your stuffs, these sources would be..

    Article Marketing
    eBay
    Forum Advertising
    Optimization for Yahoo and Bing
    Building your company's brand name
    Email Marketing

Instead of completely ditching Google I try to work with Google. No I never advise my clients to depend on Blogger - it is crucial you have your own website (not with GoDaddy please!) and that you back that information up regularly. However I also keep a few Blogger sites going for cross linking and reaching an audience which may not otherwise be reached. Never bank on anything you don't control and when it comes to the Internet control is actually not much more than catching a cloud in a jar.

I don't think that the Google Blogger is bad. I am using Blogger for a long time and without any problem.
But if you want to follow any black hat then you have to go for other domains.
    thanks

thanks for all your replys, i am going to find a good host, i guess blogger is only good for backlinks not a full website so Google's aim of keeping spam down is abit flawed,
I was looking into wordpress blogs from the word press actual site but iv heard that probably just like blogger and moderated by a computer, i think actual hosted websites are manually reviewed before deleted so no dumb robots, pluys i get to edite the css and themes better and add what i want!

    thanks everybody

If you mean wordpress.com, that's no more suitable for a marketer than Blogger is, because of their terms of service and inconsistent interpretations of them.

Some things in internet marketing change rapidly. Some seem permanent and unchanging. This issue is apparently one of the latter.

These same conversations have been going on here since 2008 (and I suspect before, but that's how long I've been reading them, myself). There's a constant ebb and flow between people saying "Blogger suddenly removed my sites" and others (perhaps fewer of them now than a few years ago!) saying "I've been using Blogger for years and never had a problem". (They sometimes say it as if they imagine that that makes it a reasonable thing for others to do, too  ).

There are even a few people who imagine that pages on Blogger get some sort of preferential treatment for SEO "because Google owns it". :p

The reality is very straightforward. Pages on Blogger's site (and on Wordpress.com's and on Squidoo's and on HubPages' sites) are simply not "your" website. You can never own or control them.

      End of story, really.

Yerbuts are pretty pointless, in these discussions.

There's no point in saying "Yerbut they're a good way for someone with no money to get started" (because there are better, safer alternatives for people with no money).

There's no point in saying "Yerbut I'm only using them for backlinking purposes and/or to generate traffic" (people who say this presumably haven't actually read their terms of service, or at least have no understanding at all of how they're interpreted and enforced).

These sites give you nothing you can't get far more safely on your own, without paying anyone anything at all if you don't want to.

From the perspective of "what it's sensible to do", it's actually pretty much a black and white issue, in my opinion.

There are 100 threads just like this in the forum: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...y-website.html . Either people are willing to read them and learn something, or they prefer to tell others that they use Blogger and they haven't had any problems. (Except that it turns out, as you can see for yourself if you read those threads, that even some of the people who start off saying that, end up admitting that they have actually had "their" sites removed! Funny, that ... :p ).

Now many of the providers ask for sms verification even if you go with purchasing something, they do ask for the same !!!!

The catch is how you can escape the verification process, & that is sometimes possible with even Google, no need to go for sms verification, they need it because they are leading the market today & may use your info for any marketing purposes
