Which product to promote for these two niches?

Hi, I have a blog about real estate niche, but I have seen that there is no success in offering a clickbank product for that niche since all real estate agents are looking for coaching from known and respectable people.

So, which product/offer (not CPA) would you promote for this niche?

And I am thinking to start a blog on woodworking since I worked as a carpenter before and I have knowledge about it. But again , I can not find exactly what product coud I offer for this niche, because in clickbank I have not found a quality product for it.

Do you know another option or about a good CB product for these both niches??

    Real estate = referals

How about finding a product to promote and then find a way to market it. Makes life a whole lot easier

You're limiting your opportunity by restricting your offers only to those found on CB. There are so many options in those niches if you consider including other networks.

For example, if you know that RE agents only want programs from certain people, perhaps you can find out if those particular programs offer affiliate programs.

As for woodworking. Have you considered putting your own product together? If you know what a market wants and it's not available then you have a opportunity to meet a need.

Find one of these known and respectable people and pitch a joint venture. THEY have the knowledge that the real estate niche seeks. YOU as an internet marketer have the skills to set up a coaching program/seminar/series.

They contribute their expertise, you contribute yours. Split the profits.

There's quite a few products that you could offer via clickbank.

    Marketplace - ClickBank

    Hope this helps.

Thankyou, I have had problems when promoting Woodworking plans, many woodworkers are upset when they see these offers, they argue those products are fraud. About the others options in gardening, have no had success as they are for DIY hobbiest.

In that case, you could also consider adding amazon products and promote books from the more established authors.

        Amazon.com: woodworking

However the commissions for referring those products would be far less, unless your blog receives a high volume of visitors / potential buyers interested in books on the subject.

You however also sound like the perfect candidate for learning how to create your own product (ebook / course, etc) and become an authority in your niche.

Maybe also start a youtube channel as well, and video record yourself working that wood, and teaching what you know. (start a free series, and also bundle your videos into a salable package).

Lots of ways you can do this.

Yes I have though about it, what I was looking for was a ready-made product , but you are right, maybe creating my own product could be simply the solution.

          Thankyou.

This. 100% agree with stoltingmediagroup on this. There's a bunch of woodworking forums and sites out there, I would surf around and see what people are looking for and seeking out, if anything. And once you build up your woodworking blog and youtube channel, you could ask your fans for ideas too, engage them in the process. Maybe even do a blog series or video series as you develop the product...I've seen a few other blogs I follow do this and I find it really interesting, kind of the behind the scenes. It'll take a lot of hard work and months of effort if not longer but could really be worth it if you are passionate about woodworking, or could become passionate about it ;-)

Are you encouranging me or discouraging.? Just kidding
Really that part is what I want to avoid the 'months of effort process'. But well I do have tools and skills, gotten throughout years of work, but now I want to focus on internet marketing.
But thanks a lot for your advice.

As a poster has stated above, you could create your own product. You can generate more money per sale than if you had been an affiliate. In addition, it is a valuable learning experience that can surely propel your income forward in the future.

One of the things that comes to mind is to think about who you are targeting. For example - with woodworking you have 2 different types of people - skilled and newbies. I would go for the newbies - someone who wants to learn and needs lots of information.

You could make a blog giving lots of informational how to articles - linking to various woodworking tools, books etc on Amazon (with your affiliate link of course).

Perhaps there are some really good woodworking videos out there you could promote as an affiliate.

Eventually get your own product and sell that as well.

If you offer quality articles with solid information - people will want to come back to your site for more. Eventually they are going to click on your links and buy.

Hope this gives you some ideas.

Well, I am not an affiliate of any. And I do not want to start that process to be accepted/rejected.
And on te other hand I have seen that you should get a TON of targeted traffic to make a decent amount.

There was a post floating around about someone making good money selling woodworking and carpentry clickbank products at expos by passing out flyers using a URL redirect as an affiliate. I forget which one tho!

Halcyon is right. I think you should make your own woodworking product. You are knowledgeable about it, so you can totally make something yourself.

Just knock something out in a week or two and then you'll be making 100% profits on your sales. You can also then put your product on clickbank so then there will finally be a good clickbank product for woodworking, and you will hopefully get more sales that affiliates make for you.

Not sure what you should do for your real estate product, since you said yourself that people in real estate tend to go with people they know in the field.

Think about joint venture with someone with authority in a niche, instead of choosing general affiliate programs. Pros you can endorse and products you recommend after reviewing them.
