What clickbank product would you sell to your neighbour?

Say, if you lived in a block of flats, in an area where people are mostly healthy, and mostly "family" oriented, i.e. with parents with kids, but also retired people.

And you wanted to post flyers to people's doorknobs or put them in their mailbox, so they would read the flyer and there's a link to your site, (which redirects to the clickbank hoplink) and land on a sales / pitch page. So they would have to read or watch the pitch to be "persuaded" to buy.

What product would you promote this way, what do you think would appeal to this market?

Check on ScribeAId on clickbank, it's a hot product which will help students specially for school re-opening and online content writers. remember you have 55% commission per sales.

None. I do my marketing by positioning my content where my target audience is looking. I never go directly at anybody because they have not proved to be my target audience.

euh, erm, I believe this is a best post to place this reply specially as you asked for a product to sell at your neighbour and this being a clickbank product. pardon me, if I am wrong.

The guy is asking a question, not seeking your attention to discover how well you're doing with what you do. He's asking for help. Hummmm.... read his question again and maybe, just maybe you will understand this time around.

      This.

I'm not interested in trying to persuade people who aren't already looking for information about a specific niche to buy a ClickBank product. That just isn't how they're sold, as explained here: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...ml#post6737670

There are a lot of product you could sell in your area but since you are the one who knows them most i'm sure you would be able to figure out what kind of product will be sellable for them for parents with newborn you may want to do health care tips for the the baby. For parents with kids going to school food that they can prepare in 10 mins or anything you might think that they need.

I personally wouldn't post flyers to neighbers so the question is irrelevant. It's a very poor marketing strategy.

Also a lot of clickbank products are of poor quality.

High Traffic Academy and dotcomsecrets may be the exception.

Ever thought to look outside the IM niche? There are a lot of quality products at ClickBank outside the IM space.

Hmmm. I would stick with something that will benefit them in their day to day life. Most people with kids don't have any money to spend on anything that isn't really needed.

Thanks everyone, quite a few good ideas here! While not everybody's cup of tea, some people had success with this method, especially newbies.

This thread has some testimonies http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...clickbank.html

    Cheers!
