What the hell is this?

This has been bugging me. I've googled it but still can't find out what it is, how to make one or even what its called?

I want to create a series of video tutorials where after each video ends, it immediately begins the next video on the list in the left sidebar. Is it something you need a template for? or make it in camtasia or what?

Why would you want to do this?

To create a series of video tutorials. I have about 10 videos and instead of putting 10 separate videos on the page, i'd like to have them all together but playing one after the other on the one part of the page. Its just tidier.

It may be "tidier" for you, but if you want others to watch the video, then you might want to think about what they want.

For example, EVERY time I see a video without controls, I leave.

Same goes for videos (or audios) that start automatically, do not show the amount of MY time that I will be spending, do not have a pause or stop control, etc.

Ya might want to think about that.

Then just have 10 pages with each video and a little text content explaining what the video is about and such. Then include a hyperlink for the next video in line. Then repeat.

If you can find out what your audience wants as far as the format and such, then do it. This could be done via google docs or some other application that could host a subscriber survey.

I use Adobe video maker and in there i can create a template from the record. and then just a simple click and addition of some videos will make the total tutorial.

Thank you Ralph Moore -- I am a supreme time miser, and immediately click off of a video that does not offer a forward/reverse button or a timer.

Time is more precious than money - once a minute or an hour or a day is gone, you will never get a chance to reclaim it. People take this "Law of Retraction" for granted (until a funeral, then they appreciate the finiteness of time for a day or two).

This is why more people do not succeed online. They will do the hard work "later" ... and later never comes. They want the 4-hour work week without putting in the 50, 60, and 80-hour work week that many people need initially to propel them to a higher level.

You can blow your entire paycheck or savings account by putting it down for one roll of the dice in Vega$ ... but eventually you have the capacity to earn it back. You will never get this minute, this hour, or this day back. Enjoy each moment and do things NOW, not later. That is one of the big differences between those that do and succeed, and those that dream and fail.

Before you do ANYTHING else in your day - do at least ONE thing that brings money into your business.

It's called a "pain in the rear" if you ask me. Suppose I only have time to watch 4 videos. Do you think I want to sit through them again in order to watch the rest later? And don't say I can just pause the video. Sometimes that only works for a while, then it resets. Or the power could go out. Or my computer crashes. There are lots of reason I might not be able to view all the videos in one sitting. I'm not going to want to start from the beginning again and I'm going to be mad that it's set up like this.

Just because you can do something, doesn't mean you should. If this is a product you're talking about, your refund rate is likely to go up.

This is the function of media players, as far I know. All the media players have the option where you can put many video at a time.

I agree with others, I wouldn't like this setup. If I were your customer I would be pretty unhappy.

I like to be able to control the video starting, stopping, and rewinding when necessary because I like to take a lot of notes.

If I see a video that has no controls that just makes it that much harder for me to take my notes, and learn, and I can assure you that I wouldn't buy from that person again.
