Yes. You can have as many affiliate accounts as you want, and sell your own product(s) (and/or any others) through them whenever you want.

But note that each additional affiliate account you open will still have to comply with both the customer distribution requirement and the 2-checks rule.

I think it's a known business model, and that there's nothing wrong with it as long as you don't deceive anyone about being both vendor and affiliate (obviously!), and that whether you can sell the affiliate sites and for how much will depend, as always and unsurprisingly, mostly on their history of proven income. Just like any other website.

I admit I don't find it easy at all to imagine why doing that should work out any better in the long run than just being a successful vendor and recruiting affiliates. But I know people sometimes do this, so I suppose there must be something in it.

ClickBank "one-product affiliate" sites are never going to sell for fortunes, for the simple reason that their continuity of income remains always dependent on a third party and the success/longevity of his product, and on the vendor not suddenly changing the price/commissions/sales pages, and so on. It's all a bit precarious, in other words. So the value is pretty limited.

People have been doing this on Flippa, and I think fairly successfully, so I don't see why it shouldn't work out.
