How to Outsource Your Life While Travelling AKA 4 Hour Work Week?

I wouldn't recommend using one person.

Divide your work into 5-10 people..with one people managing them...whom you speak to EVERY day (or every few days).

The idea is that you have to give up on micro-management. So get this one person to control everyone who works in your 'company'.

Also, decide on how much money you need to make for your 4-hour work week. Some people are happy with $2k a month, some need $20k to survive.

Write down your figure, and work on getting close to that using a group of outsourcing team.

Do you think there is someone out there who would work for Free to learn from Someone with 10yrs worth of Knowledge until I hit a good income - then I can Pay them a good monthly salary ?

I am worried about teaching someone everything I know for them to steal it all, but at the same time really have to do it to achieve my lifestyle.

I also only have Internet for 2hrs per day so it's going to be tough and tricky!

Just out of curiosity... how do you expect to hire someone full-time to do everything you do without any money to pay them? :p

Am I reading this correctly? You have no money, meaning you have no online sites producing any income, and you want to find someone to become you? How is that going to work?

Honestly, you need to do the hard work first yourself. You need to build something successful. You can use outsourcing to help do that, but you can't start outsourcing to have someone else do everything for you without a business plan.

A business plan is not "Hire someone to become me".

I have done it - I've found a team to work for Free for 3 months then once I've built my income stream I am going to pay them a good Monthly Salary and pay back the 3 Months they worked for Free.

I think by being honest with people and just asking does work, yes they have to trust me but I also need the income and why would I not pay them?

It wouldn't make sense to let them work for 3 months building my income then to not pay them when I will need them to keep the Cogs Turning in the Machine.

Guys my issue is - I've been though a lot of Family illness and lost the most important person in my life caring for my Mother and at the same time I lost my successful business. I'm taking time out after a rough time and to get over the shock of it all.

It's been 16 months and I feel this not being lazy but Smart - I have all the knowledge but I want someone else to do it for me this time.

I will still have to tell them exactly what to do - it just won't be me doing all the Grunt work.

My Initial Leverage was my 10yrs Internet Marketing / Ecommerce Experience - I know it sounds unbelievable but there are some people out there right now who want to learn and then be paid at a later date having honed various Skills and Will if I pick the right product to promote earn a decent Monthly Income.

I am choosing Affiliate Marketing to tackle first then possibly eBay/Amazon then an eCommerce store with a dropshipper then I think my First IM Product / WSO.
