I am part of a mastermind group with others that have bigger biz than mine.

I made a lot of mistakesand trying to make less now

I worked pretty hard on affiliate sales and did not give up. After a few months it started showing results.

I think each person should work the basics and find out what works best then add knowledge and hard work in those areas.

The first thought that came to mind, and you might of already done this in your membership...but design different level of manuals...for weight loss to those who are fit and wanting to break through...but make it video course...

it is amazing how well p90-insanity-p90x has done...you can either make it online or even do hard copy DVD series where people get a physical product...

You can use Kunaki -- CD/DVD manufacturing and publishing service and get great prices and they handle all the delivery and no limit on amounts being purchased.

Or make it both...online membership along with a bonus workout mailed to them each and every month. Keeps the value of membership all time high...price it out to cover the cost of the DVD but people would pay $39-$59 a month easy...promote it as a personal trainer...trainers around here get $75 an hour...

Shoot I would pay you to help me hit some goals that I have...

Keep your synergy and keep what you are doing but start creating short manuels...30 days to 100 push ups...30 days to 100 situps...30 days of the best fat shredding eating plan...Warriors food guide...sell each one for $7-$12

One last idea...look at crossfit...and create the ultimate home gym guide...that is a niche within your niche...and those people will only buy from those that are doing it...and you are doing it...if it was done right you could sell that for $39 all day long...(i actually looked for one awhile back and never found one...but with the rise of crossfit...mudruns...and other organizations...this is becoming a huge market...)

First off, congratulations to you. I never tire of reading success stories like these. I think it's important for newbs to focus on your "worked pretty hard" and "did not give up". And I suspect you also paid attention to what was working and wasn't working and made the necessary adjustments.

I bolded your emphasis on the "basics". Golden advice that has stood the test of time.

I live in North Carolina/Illiniois and both states are an Amazon no-no. If you have the money you can set up an LLC in Delaware. It costs about $300 and can be done online in about 20-30 minutes.

I studied the industry and found others where I wanted to be in business. It sounds goofy - but when a student is ready a teacher will appear.

My mentors have guided me and told me the next level steps to take. I am then accountable and work hard as I don't want to lose their trust. They are helping me now to double my biz in 11 more months.
