International Amazon question

Can people in foreign countries download digital products from Amazon. U.S.? Since there is nothing being mailed I wonder if they would be able to buy? Would I still get my Amazon commission if they purchased through my link? Thank you.

    Some digital products are limited to US only.
    If they are allowed to purchase and it is a commissionable item, you'll get your fee.

    I wouldn't see why not. If you check Amazon you will see that some physical products are excluded from purchase if you live outside the US.

    For example foreigners cannot download apps from the Amazon App Store - that's a fact I found out about after I purchased my Kindle Fire and tried to download some games on it - sad reality.
