How to Issue a refund on Plimus
I wanted to try out plimus to see how there service was.
I set up a few products and made some sales.
Plimus won't release the funds in the account ( i'ts been 2 months now ) and they emailed me saying it won't be released for another month or longer.
They have a fear of fraud occurring, It's not the case at all, But until I've got the funds I can't do the work for the buyer, So I want to refund the buyer and then get payment through another channel.
But how can I issue the buyer with a refund and get away from this Hell of Plimus.
All i want it the payment. But they are so hard to deal with.
