I see ClickSure is another ClickBank site.
Does anyone have any experience with them?

    We are not coming online/into this market with the attitude that we are competing with ClickBank. They have been the dominant site for digital products for 10+ years now, and have tens of thousands of products and millions of affiliates. To think that you are going to be competing head-to-head with them would be a very naive attitude to take.

    ClickSure is currently focusing its efforts on just being a viable alternative to ClickBank. I think there is a lot of assumption here that we are just taking on products that have been declined by ClickBank - which certainly is not the case. The quotes that have been put on here from one of the product launches currently on ClickSure ignore the fact that there are multiple disclaimers on the product and throughout the sales video (the video is 30 minutes long, but only one part has been quoted on here). The products have to go through a strict approval process both from us and our processing partners - the same process ClickBank has. If we do not keep close tabs on this then we would be risking our merchant accounts.

    The bottom line is that we are offering an alternative to ClickBank, but equally we have to take things very slowly. We have had several hundred merchants join, but at this point we can only approve a very few of these as we grow and develop. Over time we will be able to approve more products faster, but for now we need to make sure that our growth is slow and steady to make sure we are building a platform that is stable for the future.

    Our key difference with ClickBank is that we provide a full-service solution. Our support team does support for all the products on ClickSure - not just billing support but full customer support. This ensures that we and our processing partners know that people who are buying through ClickSure are being supported properly. We firmly believe that this is a fundamental problem with ClickBank in that they have not taken any steps to ensure that the products they are selling are properly supported. If they aren't, this leads to refunds and chargebacks, and all those problems.

    This is a very tough market, but we are going to take things slowly and we hope in the long run that we will be able to grow and become a major player in the digital product industry.

    I've made 3 or 4 purchases through them. Asked for a refund on one sizable purchase. Received an immediate response from support. Funds were back on my card by end of second day. No complaints here.

      Unfortunately, I had a different experience. I purchased 2 products 8/12/12. Didn't receive my receipts with product links by email which I expected to get immediately. Have sent several emails to date but no response from Clicksure except the automatic email saying "someone will contact you".

      Today, I got a call from someone who said he was from Clicksure. He asked for my email address and the amounts that were charged to my visa card. I asked him to send me the receipts and product links for the 2 products I purchased. But he was so impatient and hanged up on me. What kind of customer service is that.

      So I thought he was at least going to send me the receipts/product links that I requested but I still haven't received them. It's already the 3rd day since I purchased the products and I still don't have the links to the products nor the receipts. What kind of support is that. Next time, I will think twice if the product/s I am thinking of purchasing is done via Clicksure. I never experienced this with Clickbank.
