Where to employ people in live chat?
We have just built a site that are targeting Europe and America, and I would like to deploy a live chat session for answering customer inquiries and do customer service.
We don't have a budget to employ a full time staff and I also don't think there will be much inquiries in the beginning. Anyone withe experience that we can outsource?
How to you manage them (Cause really do care customer experience)?
