How long do you promote a product

Excuse my ignorance, but

If you are an affiliate...

In your auto responder, how many promotional emails do you send promoting the same product?

For example.....Message 1-educational 2-edu 3-promote 4-edu 5-edu 6-promote...etc

1. How many times will your promotional email be the same product?

2. Once you put promoting that product aside, and begin promoting a new product, do you come back to it and promote it again? How much further down the road?

    Depends on if there is a pre-launch sequence but I will definitely promote quality products more than once or come back for the re-launch if it's a long term type of product.

    I wouldn't keep pushing the same thing with emails too often though.
