what i mean by this is that you can start a design company which creates logos and then outsource the logos to someone else.
you can do this with websites as well
what else can you outsource like this and still make money?

    yes you can outsource SEO. you can outsource pretty much anything lol. That's pretty much the key to any business, including major companies. You think major clothing brands don't outsource to China? Shoot, Ralph Lauren did it for the US Olympain Athletes opening ceremonies outfits!

    Put is this way, if there's something you want done, you can outsource. Now put that information to good use and create something

    What part of your IM business can't you outsource?

    seriously, you can delegate anything in your business provided you have the means and structures in place to require it.

    Customer service, design, SEO, artivle writing, bookkeeping...you name it.

    You need to outsource as much as you can in order for your business to grow.

      Guys, he's talking about being a middle man that provides services but outsources himself.

      Sure, you can do that, but you should have a plan that will include a high quality website and domain to brand your services site. You'll have to be able to get in front of these prospects and complete with many other outsourcers. On top of that you'll need to be able to find freelancers with a high level of expertise and that are reliable for they will be representing your business.

      There is a lot of hype on making money this way for newbies but if they are so much more inexperienced than some reputable businesses that know how to market themselves and get traffic, it could be more of challenge even though you won't have to do the actual service work.

      Do you have a plan on how you can compete against the completition and get traffic?

    You can also use white label/reseller services. For instance, use an SEO service, web deisign service and others that will permit you to place your logo on your site (some provide sites for you with your logo and contact info) selling these service. You make the sales. The background services do all the work and take care of support/billing. You pay them set rates (usually reseller rates) and charge more to your clients pocketing the difference.

    Alternatively, you can hire VAs and lower-cost agencies to do the work you provide. It's not much different except you can use people/agencies you choose, but you handle support. Under a reseller situation, you typically use the one service exclusively (you don't have to, but since all support goes to them, you actually do).

    Added to the list, you can outsource bookkeeping/accounting services, SMO, etc. Recent times there are multiple service providers who are well versed in professional bookkeeping services. Even one of my friend have got his bookkeeping outsourced with Igsbookkeeping at lowest cost and the result was highly good.

    Bryan, thank you for actually paying attention to what the OP posted. Can't tell you how much it irks me when people veer off topic and answer a question that was not asked.

    I tried to outsource simple fiverr jobs. Let's just say that idea didn't last long, lol. I'm sure it could work with the right type of thing, but I would work on higher priced services, that way you actually make enough money for putting the deals together.

    Nowadays, you name it, and you can simply outsource everything you can think of. However, when it comes to 'decision-making' part, you may want to keep that job for you alone until you've formed a solid relationship with your offshore or onshore workers.

    Yes, you can also outsource your SEO needs. Add up 'content writing services' to your list. If you'll be outsourcing your SEO needs, more likely that you'll outsource your content writing needs to.

    I'm not good on SEO since it has many tricks and mistakes.It can cause me to lose my website (business) entirely. I outsource SEO. I believe it needs to be done professionally, so anyone who uses SEO companies need to make sure the reliability of the company he/she deals with.
