Who knows if it's even allowed? But in any case, don't you think that many of the people here are already ClickBank affiliates themselves and that if they ever buy, they'll do so through their own hoplinks rather than through yours?

I think almost all the ways of selling ClickBank products that actually work have three big things in common: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...ml#post6737670

The concept of advertising is you want to give the audience exactly what it's looking for. I can't think of any clickbank products that WF members would be interested in enough to make it worth promoting them using WF banner ads.

You mean like send your clicks directly to a sales page for a CB product? If so...why would you want to do that even if it is allowed?

Because if a product sales copy is converting at 4% ,
And you send a 1000 clicks running a banner for 3 days..hmmm lets see that's
        4% of 1000 = 40 sales
        40 x lets say $27 = $1080

        $1080-3day banner ($300) = $780 profit!

Maybe that's a good reason someone should consider doing this?...Just sayin.

          True...

Or you could send them to your own $10 WSO that's converting at let's say 10%.

          100 sales at $10 = $1,000 + 100 names on YOUR customer list.

Heck, even if you only convert at the same 4% you get $400 + 40 names on your customer list.

Anyway, if I were going to promote a CB product, I'd send them to a lead capture page first. That way I could have them on my list rather than hope that the 4% that converts isn't the same 4% who is going to buy through their own hoplink once they figure out it's a CB product.

          Just sayin.

It obviously is allowed because there was a banner ad yesterday promoting the Google Sniper product via a Clickbank affiliate link.

Affiliate links ARE allowed in the paid banner ads.

If you want to know how successful it is then keep an eye on the people doing it. I have seen several Clickbank affiliate products promoted via those banner ads over the years and almost always I have never seen those ads last very long. That tells me the people were not making money with them. Plus it's a big hassle trying to renew those banner ads on a daily basis. It's hardly set and forget.

    Yes off course it's allowed...

-I have had banners on forums before including this one.
The best performing ones were on related blogs though.
All non IM stuff........Best of all test-track& tweak!
That's the only way to be able to tell as far as conversions go.

Test and find out! It will be invaluable data no matter how many sales you make. Use that data to do a second ad and kill it!

If you are going to add it on your signature then you can't do it. I have asked them and they said no.

If you are referring to the TOP of the warrior forum banners that cost $100 per day, I think it is allowed cause I saw someone promote a clickbank product today.

I think it is allowed but it's probably better to send them to a squeeze page first to build your list and then try to sell to them.
