Facebook ad or newspaper banner?
Through the web, we have two options:
1) 300x100 banner in a popular newspaper homepage. Cost is about $1,400/mo. According to Google Analytics, it receives about 2.5M hits/month. It's not a rotating banner so it will always be there.
2) Facebook ads: I'll be spending about $600/mo ($20/day). The total audience for the ad would be about 2.7M (that's what it says when I'm creating the FB ad).
So what do you guys think? What's the most bang for the buck?
The first thing that comes to mind is the quality of the audience. With the newspaper banner, I know that the viewers at least know how to read and are interested in something. With facebook ads, that's not the case. I made a few FB campaigns in the past and I got some real crap.
On the other hand, FB is much cheaper.
Thanks.
