Best Ways To Test Book Title

For my first ebook I have used Google adwords, creating the same ads with different titles and I chose the one that clearly got more clicks.
But is there any other way?
Especially if I am going to sell it on Amazon and don't fancy to create a sales page everytime I need to test a title.

Stick with Adwords. That traffic is more statistically representative. Don't be cheap since whatever money you're "saving" going the cheap route will be more than offset by the sales YOU WON'T BE MAKING.

I am aware Tim Ferriss talked about this for his book but can't find the actual approach. Anyone have a link or care to briefly describe it. Never used Adwords (though I have Adsense & making money from it).

    Thanks.

Essentially you use the same ad, but change the title of the product in the headline.
Ad is the same, I think last time the ads directed to three different domains where I used the same sales page but with different book title in it. I put the ads on even rotation and I gathered my data. So I chose a title.

Do you own a blog or have a fanbase? A good way would be asking your subscribers about a title they think would fit the book. This gets them involved and makes them feel appreciated (which then leads to them being more prone to buying the book).

    Joe,

There are tools you can use to monitor conversions. Once in place you can use it over and over again for multiple campaigns. You would use the same concept that you are using for Adwords, set up a couple of landing pages and then send traffic to it. I'm using solo ads, article marketing and posts to send traffic to my test campaigns. There are free tools, but I paid for mine. PM me if you want more info. Kater
