Anybody heard of DotComMembers.com?
Would like to know if anyone has heard of DotComMembers.com?
I have received 3-4 complaints from their members that once they joined, they can't cancel their membership. So the credit card keeps being charged.
The reason they contact me is because I own DotComMembership.com.
I just politely point them to the right direction and tell them they need to contact their credit card company.
While I understand their concern, I just hope my website does not get associated with DotComMembers.com.
Any advice or comments?
