What are the BEST ways to promote a webpage nowadays?

Hi everyone,

I keep on hearing that Panda and Penguine have changed SEO totally, and since there are some specific webpages that I want to promote, I wanted to ask you what do you think are the three BEST ways to promote a certain webpage on Google nowadays ?

    I know it's often the last things someone asking this question wants to hear, but good solid content, consistently over time.

    Poignant Content, that's highly relevant, that can be distributed. I.e A perfectly placed YouTube Video, on something relevant to your niche right now. Like a nod to an inside joke only your niche would understand.

    Guest Authoring would be a good third.

    Long term-content based strategies will prevail IMO. If you trust Google to improve their algorithms to really pick out the solid sites, building a solid site is the only way.

      Thank you Zulfus and, surprisingly enough, that is EXACTLY what I was hoping to hear, as these webpages I'm referring to are LOADED with good, original content, but somehow it seems like it is not helping me that much... Not fast enough anyway...

    2. Send your Blog updates or posts to your list.

    3. Allow them to comment using Facebook comments below your content.

    4. Your content now has a chance of being showcased to all your lists friends on F/B.

    5. Keep producing great content & doing this process.

    Build your list & promote your content via social media.

    You are allowing others to promote your content FOR YOU!!!

      It's mini travel guides for various cities across the world... Each webpage is a mini-guide, with 1,800 - 2,500 words of original content + a few photos + a few outgoing links to authoritative sites + 2-3 embeded YouTube videos about this city (which I carefully pick).
