Greetings,

I am thinking of targeting parents and students looking to purchase technology related products for back to school.

Has anyone tired to market the back to school market? Computers, phones, school supplies, clothes, etc...?


If so what where some of your strategies.

    It is a hugely profitable market. Just look at Staples, they basically do business for 3 months of the yearand make such a huge profit from the back to school market that they barely even do any business for the rest of the year

    I have wondered about creating a site based on a small time frame of events such as back to school and then promoting products on amazon. I actually thought a nice business plan would be to go after sports seasons.....target equipment needs at the start of each season with some reviews and try and rank long tail keywords. When the rush is over for that traffic you would get time to create sites for the next sports seasons approaching. It seems like it would work, you would never know unless you try
