    You've done $14k in transactions within the last 10 days? Why are you not using a merchant account?

    As for chargebacks and PayPal? Those are finicky things. When you offer intangible goods you are not given the best protection, however, some have seen great success in wining disputes. Best bet is to pick up the phone and call them.

    Again, why are you not using a merchant account and relying on PayPal with that kind of volume?
