Hi, I wonder why sites like allfacebook.com and googleplaces******blueprint.com dont get cease and desist letters from facebook and google like the rest of us ordinary people do?

Because they aren't always as ordinary - the first one belongs to a large social media news site and perhaps it benefits FB. It's been online since 2007.

No point in worrying what other people do - often there are things behind the scenes that you don't know about.

It's only a matter of time before the shooting starts. It is never a good idea to be walking around with a target on your back.

I agree with Kay King, sometimes sites are able to keep running for reasons we may not understand and even though they may give bad light to a site any advertising is good advertising. I may get in trouble for this so I won't directly link to it but there's a blog floating around that talks badly about WF BUT and I stress BUT that's how many people were able to find WF and decide the blog may or may not be truthful. It's free advertising for WF so while the relationship may be a love hate one it's still a way to get new members.

I agree to what Kay King said... Such websites doesn't do any harm to websites like Facebook and Google. In fact it helps them with their promotion.
