I personally can't help with this issue because I didn't saw that ebook so I don't know what's all that about... CPA is a wide subject so I don't know what author of that ebook recommended you to do...

Anyway, you will find a lot of information here on the Warrior Forum... Try to search for "CPA" and related subjects and I'm pretty sure you will find a lot of useful content...

If you are COMPLETELY new - you should know that there are many different sections of internet marketing.

CPA is just one of them. It generally means that you'e getting paid to send leads (email addresses, zip codes, various buyer info) to businesses.

You can also promote products to sell. Take a look around Clickbank. You can even become an Amazon affiliate and promote any product on Amazon.

My suggestion would be do a good bit of reading around on this forum, look up instructional videos and how to's on youtube, and dont buy too many information products too fast - you'll get lost.

The first thing you must know is what you really want to achieve. What are your goals? If you think that you can get rich overnight or in a matter of days or weeks - WAKE UP! Nothing like that is possible here. Forget the legends of people earning thousands overnight and millions in weeks. What they don't tell you is how much time they needed to build their product and how much money they spent to have it built, up and running. More, almost none of those big gurus has ever used what they promote. If the system "they've just invented" is so powerful that it spits million dollar bills every second why do they have to sell it? And why do they charge "only" $97?

So, say good bye to the Intenet marketing myths, sit quietly for a while and write down:
1) what your goals are
2) how you are going to achieve them
3) how internet marketing can help you reach those goals
4) what intenet marketing methods you know and what you have to learn about

I suggest you start with affiliate marketing. It is much easier than CPA, especially that you have to get accepted to a CPA comapny and this may be a bit difficult to say the least. (Study the forum for affiliate marketing knowledge)

I also suggest that you start building a list at the same time (Study the forum for list building knowledge)

Do you have a domain name and hosting? If no, again affiliate marketing can be your way to start.
Are you running a blog? If not, you might thing about it and use your blog for reviews of the product you will be offering as an affiliate. You can start with free blogging platforms and move to your own hosted version of Wordpress once you have your own domain name and hosting.

Here comes SEO...

Then you should think about article marketing to speed up your list building.

And so on... and so on...

Sorry, no shortcuts here and without having sound answers to the first four questions above I wouldn't even start!

You can outsource and customize for higher end clients. Maybe even some of your contacts you built in Forex.
