A few tips to make MORE money flipping sites...

I bought my first website on ebay. It was extremely undervalued and didn't have the competition that flippa does.

I paid 7k for the website which was making around 1,400 per month and receiving about 50k hits/month

I bought the website because I knew after taking one look at it that was poorly optimized for adsense.

I knew with just a few tweaks I could at least double the income.

And of course that's exactly what I did.


There's nothing wrong with buying a web site just turn around and sit on it and continue to make residual income.

But if you want to make some serious money try looking for ways to improve these websites that may be overlooked by the Sellers.

Also try venturing out where competition (other buyers) is not.

Ebay is a good start.

Use keywords like:

established website
website
adsense site

Sometimes you'll find people selling on eBay don't even know about flippa or how much they can get for the web site.

Just make sure you do your due diligence when investigating the website so that you get your money's worth.
