Confused - Keyword Tool Question

Hey Warriors,

I have a burning question about the keyword suggestion tools from:

Free Keyword Suggestion Tool From Wordtracker
https://adwords.google.nl/select/KeywordToolExternal

Are the results on the wordtracker tool amount of searches a day or per month?
And with the google tool?

    As far as I know the amounts suggested by Wordtracker are per day and use statistics from sources other then only Google.

    The Google Keyword Tool lists search volume by month and is only targeted to Google search and not the other search engines.

    Overture (Although pretty much dead) is also by month but more targeted to search volume for Yahoo.

    There are also a few more search tools which use statistics from other search engines like Ask.com and AskJeeves.com, some of the lower ranked sources on the internet.
