What type of software do you use for "monthly" payments etc.??

Two diff. ways i'm looking at.

1. Sell a physical product AND license rights to the trademarked material to make more money with it... I want to be able to just charge a monthly fee for minimum 1 year... What is the best way to do this??

2. Just sell a monthly mentoring program ,same deal, 1 year minimum.

    Unless your doing offline sales where the buyer has to sign a written contract I don't see how you can enforce any kind of a minimum number of payments. Online without a written contract your buyers can cancel their account at any time and there isn't much you can do about it.
