Anyone Familiar with Social Engine?

I am looking for someone who knows social engine software, who knows how to speak English, is looking to build a longtime quality business relationship. I have a site that is showed some real progress (Alexa rankings under 50,000, million plus page views monthly) but I need someone who really has a passion for their work.
Just so you know, I did look in web design and warriors for hire prior to posting...just hoping to get a quality referral if possible, thanks!
