Warriors : Best Ways To Monetize A Blog ?

Hey Warriors, I am looking for the best PASSIVE way to monetize my blogs, after losing my adsense account recently.

I am using infolinks now, but not making nearly as much on those clicks as I did with adsense.

What are your favorite passive ways to monetize your blog(s) ? CPA banners ?

Text links or banner ads to ClickBank offers ? Amazon ? Something else entirely ?

And please share any tips or tweaks on how you set them up, if possible ?

Thanks Warriors...

clickbank offers work best when you already have a mailing list

Clickbank like stated above works better when you are really pushing the product IE marketing it in say articles. But that does not mean you cant use it If you have empty banner spots to fill. Also I enjoy CPA and CPM ads find a good ad network in your niche. Adsense hover ever good is not the end all to be all for profit. One more thing look into popunders and prerolls.

Amazon can easily be worth trying.

    Not ClickBank products, without list-building.

I've picked a product here and there and created/slapped a banner on a few of my sites for Clickbank products and it's worked. Way faster money if you send out the offer to a list of course!

What's the traffic like? You could give a network like Valueclick a try and make money on the impressions. Valueclick I find is a bit on the lower end for me. For example, on one of my sites it did 500k page impressions this month (one ad unit) - it did $88.59. There are lots of networks just like them though and it should add to your infolinks earnings!

Another option if you have the time is to sell direct ad sales - of course you need the traffic to make any of this work!

I would also raise my hand in Amazons favor. Works great with banner ads, but I'm not sure whether you have put any effort into building a list or not. If not, I suggest you start doing so, because there's a lot of money to be made in promoting Clickbank products to your list.

If you have blogs with good content on them you can consider Amazon depending upon the niche that you are in. You will need to look for related products on Amazon that you can rank for easily.

As Adsense provides very targeted ads so if you want to go with this then it would really be good decision without any doubt.

Way to drop your signature - this is past the point of super annoying

      Anyways,

If you're making product recommendations or even talking about certain products within more informational posts then Amazon can do well - especially selling books although you'll need to have quite a bit of traffic to make any real money in comparison to a site geared strictly to promote amazon.

Adbrite might be an idea if you were doing ok with Adsense? I know it doesn't payout as well but I've had some ok luck with it in the past.
