If you guys had to choose one day of the week and one time of the day that you think is the best time to conduct a 30 minute to an hour conference call on a weekly basis, when would it be?

Well I would say it depends on where you live and where everyone else lives. If everyone lives in the U.S., a good time would be anywhere from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM ~D.C. |

It's tough because the US and Canada span so many time zones. I'm a perfect example - living in Hawaii puts me 6 hours earlier than Eastern Daylight Time (we don't observe Daylight Savings in Hawaii) so any call earlier than 1 PM Eastern would be too early out here. I have seen some of these set for 11 AM EDT, I'd have to be really motivated to join in at 5 AM! Full-time Internet Marketers make their own schedules and could join the call any day of the week, part-time marketers would probably be more likely to attend on weekends. If your audience is worldwide (or even if it isn't) you should definitely have a way of downloading a transcript of the call, not everyone will be able to catch it "live". Bill |
