Help Me Market a Job board

Hi all,

Just about to get a job board website up and running. (covering the UK)

I know it is ultra competitive but I think can make a little £££ off it if I can get some initial posters to take up a free trial.

So that is my question: how can I get a lot of businesses to take up a free trial and post there job ads on there and how can I do it quickly!

I was going to market it via Adwords, Linkedin (to recruitment/HR managers) and also by contacting businesses that have a live job advert on a different job board direct (Gumtree).

It is the last idea that I really need help with.

If I am contacting job posters through Gumtree's reply to ad message service with a "try a free trial on my job board" type message would Gumtree ban these quickly?

If set back up with alternative email how fast would gumtree ban again once you start sending again.

Anyone know ways around???

Any help really appreciated

I believe your best bet is a strong launch. Brand yourself, build a lot of hype, be functional from the beginning. For example, having at least a mobile web page on launch would make make your site a more complete solution.
