cloudblueprint vs blog
so I've been taking the time to figure out the best option to take as my first IM attempt.
I had thought about starting a blog and posting regular content, but writing 1000+ word articles 1-3 times a week not counting rewriting & editing time, just doesn't bode well with my schedule.
After watching Glen Allsop's Cloudblueprint "email blogging" video series, his strategy seemed to appeal to my constraints. I also wanted to make use of YouTube as a means of generating traffic; knowing my site wouldn't have a content dense homepage with relevant onsite SEO, I figured making use of the second largest social media utility would be a good way to make up for the lost benefit. In addition to my own YouTube content, I still wanted to make use of guest posting, writing articles for high traffic/authority sites, & general back linking strategies for directing users to my landing page.
My question is do you think this is a pretty viable strategy? Where do you think there might be weakness? I have some doubt that I'll be able to guest post for other people seeing how I won't be putting out my own blog content except for emails & youtube videos.
thanks.
