Advice anyone???

I need some advice if anyone can help me.
I've just written a 40 page report about how I've been using eBay to build a list of 11,564 subscribers.
Now I'm wondering what to do with it.
First thought was to run a WSO with it but because of the step-by-step content contained, I don't want people to come back and say, 'That was shit, I already knew it!!!'
A lot of the content is based AWeber and there are a lot instructions about AWeber that a lot of people will already know.
This is the first IM product I've created that I've ever considered charging for. Could someone take a look at it and tell me if i'm wasting my time? (someone with some proper experience)
